Return Policy – Consumer Orders

At VagiKool we offer a 100% full refund against manufacturer defects and for UNOPENED PACKAGES – Due to Federal and State Health Regulations we are unable to accept returns on used or opened packages. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind about using VagiKool V-KOOL PRODUCTS, INC. (the manufacturer) will issue a refund of the “purchase price” within 15 days from date of the original purchase. Shipping for returned product is the liability of the consumer and must be paid by the consumer unless the return is due to manufacturer’s defect.  If you received free shipping on your order and decide to return that order, a shipping charge of $5.95 (or the actual cost if higher) will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchased your ice pack from the vagikool.com website using a credit or debit card a refund for the product purchase price can only be refunded to only the card used to purchase within 7 days of receipt by V-KOOL PRODUCTS, INC.

To return product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please call (800) 990-3693 ext. 3 or feel free to contact us via email at returns@vagikool.com for further assistance.

When returning product please send the product back to us in its original packaging. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number:
  • Name of Retailer where purchased:
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

  • Street address including city, state, and zip:

Return Policy – Business Customers (bulk orders)

To return product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please call (800) 990-3693 ext. 3 or contact us via email at returns@vagikool.com for further assistance.  Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to ensure full credit. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Used merchandise cannot be returned for credit, exchange or refund. Return Authorization Numbers (RMA #) are required on all returns. To obtain a RMA #, please email returns@vagikool.com and a Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you.

  • All returns must be within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Items must be unopened and in new condition.
  • If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be billed to your account or deducted from your refund.
  • Clearance Sale products are non-returnable.

Please Note that due to banking and merchant card acceptance guidelines no cash refunds can be issued when a credit/debit card was used for purchase. Additionally V-Kool Products, Inc. will only issue a refund to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. If the credit/debit card used to purchase has been lost or stolen and a new card has been issued replacing the card used for purchase a copy of a police report, notarized affidavit of loss or letter from your credit/debit card issuer must be included in your refund request in order for refund to be issued.
